eT Craft Burgers & Beer’s goal was to build the first fast-casual style burger place while focusing on preserving a high-level quality of food and customer experience. With high-end interior decorating, local beers on tap, and fresh ingredients cooked to order in front of the customer, their new location easily brought in upward of 500 hungry patrons a day.
It takes a lot of confidence to enter into the Texas burger scene. eT had been functioning for sometime in a small, nondescript location within the downtown Houston area but wanted to expand and do more. With an updated concept of custom ordering a burger down a line and pay at the end, they overhauled how people thought about what it takes to get a good burger. We partnered with them to develop brand messaging, creative concepts, photography, getting our hands dirty with interior design elements and so much more.
The digital space needed to do more than talk about burger and beer options. It needed to speak to the dining experience whether the order was enjoyed sitting down or a pick-up order while also messaging eT’s involvement in the local community. The most exciting fact about the new space was the proximity to a local high school where students were able to leave campus for lunch.
eT has seen great success after many media events and positive food reviews. Lunch continues to bring people in and the weekends are often packed. The email marketing campaign continues to draw crowds in to special beer and burger events and special community events.
